Minimum Qualifications:🚶‍♀️

  • 1 year of experience in qualifying clients for entering a process within inside sales
  • Strong business acumen and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone on a daily basis.

Preferred Qualifications: 🏃‍♀️

  • 2 year of experience in a customer success role (customer focused)
  • Previously ensured Account Management of larger-scale accounts
  • Worked within a regulated environment previously and an understanding of the importance of compliance.

What: 👨‍🚀

We are seeking a Customer Success Hero to join our team. you'll be the fourth person within the wider 3 person Customer Success team, you'll work on onboarding customers to the Juni product and answering customer queries. You will be responsible for establishing the best onboarding experience, responsible from the beginning to the aftercare necessary to deliver top-quality service. This is a hands-on position in a company expecting to go through fast growth, and fast-growing market.

The Crew: 👥

Our team right now is 30, and we're growing quick with ambitions to become 60 in the next few months, we're looking to hire across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Data and Finance along with a variety of other roles, you'll see a lot of new crew members joining the Juniverse! 

Responsibilities: 📋

In this role you’ll be:

  • The first port of call for new sign-ups
  • Responsible for ensuring a response within 1 hour of sign up
  • Ensuring escalations to the compliance team are delivered when something is out of your remit. 
  • In charge of any customer issues which come in for your customers, whilst supported by Jack (CS Director) and the rest of the team, you'll be expected to respond in a timely manner, to the best of your ability. 

Within 1 month you'll:

  • Understand how Juni works, get integrated with your team and hit the ground running when it comes to your role. 
  • Onboard your 100th customer
  • Respond to your 500th customer 

Within 3 months you'll:

  • Other crew members say they’re learning a lot and are more productive because of you,
  • Have helped us go to market quicker - our velocity has increased significantly
  • Be interviewing others to join the team, as we'll need more Customer Success Hero's

Within 6 months you'll:

  • Have onboarded your 1000th customer, you're firing on all cylinders, and you're seeing the results come in now!
  • Be looking at other fintech's and how they improve their systems, and you'll be thinking about how we can do things better.
